Last night, Treaty Oak Revival performed their new single, “Bad State of Mind,” on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” View HERE. Global streams of the song – released in February via TOR Records, distributed by Interscope Records – have already surpassed 35 million.

Brooklyn Vegan hailed “Bad State of Mind” as one of the “Best Punk & Emo Songs of February.” Country Central noted, “Build-ups and breakdowns peppered throughout feel like a group giddy with excitement to present their sound, exuding radioactivity through the crackle of their amplifiers. Where other acts flirted with that grunged-up country sound, Treaty Oak is eloping with it.” All Country News said, “Treaty Oak Revival doesn’t just sing about emotional turmoil; they drag you straight into the eye of the storm. The pounding instrumentation mirrors the frantic energy of the lyrics, blending alternative rock’s angst with outlaw country’s storytelling—a signature sound the band has made entirely their own.”

Currently the biggest band in country and rock music, doing 22 million streams and selling 18,000 albums per week, Treaty Oak Revival is nominated for an Academy of Country Music Award in the New Duo or Group of the Year category. The band will play an intimate, sold-out show at The Fonda Theatre this Thursday, April 24, and perform at Stagecoach Festival on Sunday, April 27. On the first leg of their 2025 tour, Treaty Oak Revival has been selling out 5,000-10,000 capacity venues. See below for itinerary.

The five-piece band from Odessa, Texas has amassed over one billion global streams with its two self-released studio albums. Six of Treaty Oak Revival’s songs have been certified Gold by the RIAA with some approaching Platinum soon. “Boomtown” and the title track from 2021’s No Vacancy were heard in the series premiere of Paramount+’s new original series “LANDMAN” from Taylor Sheridan (“Yellowstone”). Have A Nice Day (2023) entered the Billboard 200 while the single “Happy Face” landed on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, Hot Country Songs and Bubbling Under Hot 100 charts. Both albums have been lodged in the top 20 of the Apple Music country charts for the past year-and-a-half.

Billboard said, “Treaty Oak Revival kick out brawny bar rock – sometimes their fuming riffs evoke early ‘90s Neil Young; sometimes they pack the wallop of an early-‘00s pop-punk group.” Raised Rowdy declared, “they’re leading the future of rock and country.” Check out the band’s recent interview with Country Central here.
